Driver arrested for driving home from failing driver test

At 1:57 p.m. on Wednesday, June 4, Deputy Billy Lewis of the Loudon County Sheriff ’s Office observed a red Ford F-150 driving 62 miles per hour in a 45-mph zone on Highway 11.

Upon performing his traffic stop, the driver was revealed to be 64-yearold Richard Dale Moser, a resident of Loudon.

Moser told Deputy Lewis that he was on his way home from failing his driving test for the third time. Lewis then checked Moser’s Tennessee I.D. through Loudon County Dispatch.

It was discovered that Moser had failed to appear in court or for a trial outside of Loudon. Lewis was then informed by Moser that he had no proof of financial responsibility.

Deputy Lewis then took Moser into custody for his second offense of driving on a suspended or revoked license, speeding and financial responsibility law.

He was later released at 12:53 p.m. on June 5 on a $2,000 bond.

JUNE 2

Trinity Regina Marie Haire, 25, Knoxville, was charged with violation of probation and held on $3000 bond.

Erik Michael Lane, 45, Strawberry Plains, was charged with violation of probation and held without bond.

Richard Stacey Mullins, 59, Maryville, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of simple possession/casual exchange and released on $6000 bond.

Pamela Sue Smith, 38, Lenoir City, was charged with assault (DV) and released on $2500 bond.

Curtis Adam Smiley, 37, Vonore, was charged with two counts of violation of probation and held on $10,000 bond.

JUNE 3

Carrisa Angela Borden, 42, Lenoir City, was charged with capias-general sessions and released on $4000 bond.

Brandon Dillan Jones, 24, Loudon, was charged with driving under the influence, failing to surrender auto license or registration, open container and released on $1500 bond.

Jonata Rolando Marin Aquino, 30, Philadelphia, was charged with driving on revoked/suspended license, expiration of certificates and plates, removal of registration decal or plate and held on $1500 bond.

Tammy Sue Mills, 58, Loudon, was charged with driving on revoked/ suspended license and released on $1500 bond.

Krystiana Leigh Morris, 20, Lenoir City, was charged with assisting other agencies and released without bond.

JUNE 4

Troy Garrison Cunningham, 32, Farragut, was charged with violation of probation and held without bond.

Kayley C Ford, 31, was charged with driver’s license, driving on revoked license, driving under the influence and held on $3000 bond.

Kimberly Dawn Johnson, 40, Knoxville, was charged with driving on suspended license and released without bond.

Richard Dale Moser, 64, Loudon, was charged with driving on revoked/suspended license, financial responsibility law, speed limit and released on $2000 bond.

Devon Allen Thaxton, 27, Loudon, was charged with capias-general sessions and released on $1000 bond.

Derek Thomas Wells, 44, Clinton, was charged with driving under the influence and released on $2000 bond.

JUNE 5

Chelsea Skye Hager, 36, Knoxville, was charged with failure to appear in general sessions and held without bond.

Brandon Jeffrey Jones, 37, Knoxville, was charged with failure to appear in general sessions and held on $5000 bond.

Dawn Marie Newman, 59, homeless, was charged with capias-municipal court and held on $350 bond.

Joshua Farris Rice, 36, Oliver Springs, was charged with aggravated stalking, violation of order of protection/ restraining order and held on $35,000 bond.

Robert Scott Turpin, 46, Harriman, was charged with driving on revoked/ suspended license, following too closely and held without bond.

JUNE 6

Bradley Lucas Brooks, 42, Lenoir City, was charged with capias-municipal court and released on $2,000 bond.

Gabriel Macias, 39, Loudon, was charged with driving under the influence, failure to appear in general sessions, possession of drug paraphernalia and released on $3,000 bond.

Melody Dawn Shaver, 56, Lenoir City, was charged with driving on roadways laned for traffic, driving under the influence, lights required on vehicle and released on $1,500 bond.

Travyon Thompson, 21, Maryville, was charged with driving on a revoked/suspended license, failure to surrender drivers license/vehicle registration, financial responsibility law, speeding and was released on $1,000 bond.

JUNE 7

David Lorenzo Diego Castaneda, 30, Knoxville, was charged with reckless driving, driving without a license and held on $3,000 bond.

Korderal Deshaun Gage, 38, Loudon, was charged with domestic violence, false imprisonment and released on $2,000 bond.

Amy Lynn Gonzalez, 38, Philadelphia, was charged with attachment (juvenile court) and released on $500 bond.

Kimberly Ann Rigby, 37, Lenoir City, was charged with domestic assault and released on $2,000 bond.

JUNE 8

Darryl Lynn Bailey, 65, Lenoir City, was charged with capias-municipal court, two counts of capias-general sessions, theft of property and held on $3,000 bond.

Cody Parks Chambers, 33, Maryville, was charged with driving under the influence, financial responsibility law, open container, violation of implied consent and released on $2,500 bond.

Truman Wayne Chapman, 48, Loudon, was charged with failure to appear in general sessions and held on $1,000 bond.

Ramon Adame Gonzalez, 41, Loudon, was charged with criminal trespassing, evading arrest, violation of bond conditions and held without bond.

Richard Tyshod Jackson, 42, Knoxville, was charged with aggravated assault, alteration of serial numbers, interfering with an emergency call, manufacturing, delivery, selling methamphetamine, possession of a firearm with intent to go armed, reckless endangerment, simple possession, unlawful carrying of a weapon and held without bond.

JUNE 9

Ryan Walter Den Dulk, 40, Loudon, charged with driving under the influence and held without bond.
